Our wonderful team

Here at Midson Road having trained and experienced staff on our team is crucial.

On staff we have:

  • One Director
  • Three Early Childhood Trained teachers, two of whom have post graduate certificates in Inclusive Education. 
  • Three Diploma in Children's Services Teachers.
  • Five Certificate III In Children's Services trained staff members (two of whom are upgrading to a Diploma).
  • Two Assistants who are studying their Certificate III in Children's Services.
  • Two Part-time assistants who are studying Early Childhood Teaching at university.
  • An Executive Chef who prepares our delicious meals.

We have a position available for a Trainee ( Certificate III in Children’s Services) to join our team of  Educators. 


We are regarded as a leader in early childhood education and offer an exciting, progressive and supportive place to work. We are passionate about providing exceptional childcare and want only the best to join our organisation that truly wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families. 

The traineeship position: 
• Is for an enthusiastic individual looking for a Traineeship to complete Certificate III in Children's Services. 
• This is an on the job training role, and study time and support will be provided for the right applicant. 
To qualify for this position you should not have previously studied a Certificate III in Childcare.

• 12 Months to earn a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst gaining paid industry Experience and being paid to learn!

We are looking for:
• A dedicated Educator with a commitment to learning how to program and plan of experiences for young children. 

• An ability to work in a team and report to our Director.

• An energetic, vibrant person who is committed and willing to work and learn, as ongoing training is provided in First Aid & Best Practice in procedures and programming. 

• An enthusiastic, motivated team player who is creative, reliable and honest
• A passion for children and education and a hunger for career development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Genuine interest and ambition to pursue a career in the childcare industry
• A love of children and enthusiasm to provide exceptional care for children
• A desire to be part of an evolving and dynamic environment
• Be 18 years of age or older 
• Be able to work flexible hours
